12 Pounds in 20 Days: A Realistic Weight Loss Journey?

Yes, you read that title correctly. In a mere 20 days, I have been able to lose more weight than I ever have while trying other methods. Methods like keto, Mediterranean, vegan, weight watchers, Chloe Ting Workouts, etc.

What I have noticed so far in 20 days is that I am NEVER hungry. I have always had basically no appetite, but now thinking about food makes me a little angry. Absolutely nothing sounds good other than just plain fruits and vegetables and smoothies when I can actually force myself to eat. It's very strange to have every single craving and want disappear. The thought of bubble tea makes me feel absolutely nothing now, and if you know me, reading that sentence would probably make you faint. National Ice Cream Day? More like national thinking about eating ice cream day makes me queasy.

The positives far outweigh those negatives though. Besides losing 12lbs, I have lost two inches from my stomach and thighs. My chin even seems to be getting smaller! I just took my final dose of 2.5mg this morning and will increase to 5mg next week. On 2.5 I have had none of the common symptoms whatsoever! I have noticed that I get random tinnitus the day after injecting, but it always goes away. In preparation for moving up to 5mg, I made my dose this morning 3mg. It's not much, but I've heard a lot of people have had success with doing a little extra before each increase.

I am really looking forward to what the next 20 days have in store for me! I am very curious to see how much weight I can lose before going back to school in late August.

*A little side not, if you have a ton of visible spider veins in your legs, make sure to avoid them at all costs! I still have a giant, nasty looking bruise a week later. To think the smallest needle I've ever seen made that bruise and caused so much bleeding is very surprising. Also, if you are nervous and jittery, take a moment before injecting because the syringe will move around while in your leg (OUCH!)
